01. Controller and scope
AVENELYS, Rue Victor Fort, 69004 Lyon, France, is the controller for information used to answer enquiries and manage commercial relationships. Data-related contact: business@avenelyssoftware.tech. This policy covers the website and communications with AVENELYS; third-party services and platform access functions have their own privacy information.
02. Form and received information
The form prepares a draft in your email application. Its fields are not submitted to an AVENELYS server. They stay on the page until the draft is opened or copied. AVENELYS receives an email only if you choose to send it. No document, payment number or sensitive data is requested.
Once you send a message, AVENELYS may receive your name, email address, company, optional contact details, subject, project description and files you voluntarily attach. An email address and enquiry description are needed to respond.
03. Purposes and legal bases
Answering an enquiry and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps at your request, or legitimate interest in dealing with a business enquiry when a contact represents an organisation. Delivering work: contract. Invoicing and accounting duties: legal obligation. Legal claims and security: legitimate interest with proportionate processing.
This website has no newsletter, commercial profiling, targeted advertising or automated decision-making with legal effects. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
04. Retention
Unprogressed enquiries are kept for at most 12 months after the last relevant exchange. Business proposal and prospect communications may be kept for up to 3 years after the last active contact. Contract evidence is archived as necessary, generally for 5 years after the relationship ends; invoices and accounting records are retained for 10 years where required by law. A dispute or legal duty may require longer restricted archiving.
AVENELYS does not save form contents in browser storage. Your optional animation preference is stored locally for no more than 6 months; you can delete it through website preferences or your browser.
05. Recipients and transfers
Information is accessible to AVENELYS and, where needed, email, infrastructure and accounting providers subject to appropriate obligations. It is not sold. Some technical infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers under AVENELYS responsibility must rely on an adequacy decision or GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where needed. Details can be requested by email.
The host and platform may process IP addresses, browser information and requests required for delivery, access and security. Their own retention and processing are described in their policies. AVENELYS pages load no third-party analytics, embedded maps or advertisements.
06. Security and project data
Information access is limited by need, accounts must be protected and the website uses HTTPS in production. No safeguard can guarantee zero risk. Do not send passwords, health information or financial information through the form. For a project involving personal data, processing arrangements are agreed before transfer.
07. Your rights and complaints
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. Write to business@avenelyssoftware.tech describing your request. Identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. A response is normally provided within one month, with a justified lawful extension for complex requests.
You may complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or through www.cnil.fr.
